About Kate
Hi, I’m Kate Littlefield — a San Antonio notary, loan signing agent, and lifelong “figure it out” kind of person.
I split my time between San Antonio and our family lake home in Montgomery, Texas, where I help care for my mom (you may know her as Miss Gini — more on that below). I’m 58, I lift heavy, I hike, I cook anti-inflammatory meals more often than I don’t, and I’ve spent three decades saying yes to work that let me be genuinely useful to people.
Before I was your notary
I didn’t start out stamping documents. I’ve been a flight attendant, a real estate agent, a gallery owner, an interior designer, a home organizer, and a kitchen and flooring design consultant. If that sounds like a scattered resume, I’d push back a little — every one of those jobs was really the same job. Show up prepared. Pay attention to the details other people miss. Make something stressful feel calm and handled. Earn trust in a room I just walked into.
Notary and loan signing work is that same job again, just with a stamp and a strict set of rules I take seriously. I’m commissioned as a Texas Notary Public, trained in Remote Online Notarization (RON), and certified as a loan signing agent — which means whether we meet at your kitchen table or on a screen, you’re getting someone who knows the paperwork and knows how to make a nerve-wracking closing feel straightforward.
Why I’m building this business the way I am
I’m not interested in being the biggest notary service in San Antonio. I’m interested in being a trustworthy one — the kind local title companies, lenders, real estate agents, and families call because they know I’ll show up on time, double-check every signature line, and treat their documents like they matter. Because they do.
This work is also how I’m building roots in San Antonio and getting to know the small businesses here. That matters to me beyond notary work, too — I’m a firm believer in supporting local, and part of what I do outside of signings is help small business owners get organized with the marketing and AI tools that let them work smarter without losing what makes them personal. If that’s ever useful to you, ask me about it.
The other project you might find me on
When I’m not notarizing, I co-create a YouTube channel called Living with Miss Gini with my mother. She’s in her 80s, sharp as ever, and shares what she’s learned about living well, frugally, and independently — not as a doctor or an expert, just as someone who’s lived it and done her homework. I show up as her daughter, not the expert either. It’s become one of my favorite things I do.
Let’s work together
If you need a notary, RON session, or loan signing agent in San Antonio who treats your documents — and your time — with real care, I’d love to help. Book a time below, or reach out with questions first. I’m happy to walk you through the process.
